Renew a qualified supervisor certificate
You can renew online if your licence expired less than 3 months ago and you do not wish to seek an exemption or make changes to your licence.

You can renew your qualified supervisor certificate online, provided you meet the eligibility requirements.
If you don't meet the requirements please visit a service centre to renew your certificate.
Eligibility
You're not able to renew online, if:
- you want to seek an exemption from continuing professional development (CPD) obligations, or
- you need make changes to your licence other than your contact details and address.
What you need
- your licence number
- your renewal number (as shown on your renewal notice), or your full personal details
- your payment.
How to renew
- Check the eligibility requirements.
- Select the 'Renew online' button.
- Select 'Next'.
- Enter your licence and renewal numbers as shown on your renewal notice. (If you don't have your renewal number, select 'Don't have?' and enter your full details.)
- Select 'Next'.
- Review your details and update (if applicable).
- Certify the declaration.
- Enter your payment details.
More information
- If you do not renew on time you'll have to make an application to restore your licence, which can be done at a service centre.
- If your licence has expired more than 3 months, you'll need to apply for a new licence to be re-issued.
- You cannot trade until your new licence is issued.
