We provide online access to copies of current bylaws from 1996 to the present. You can get information on bylaws before 1996 by emailing city@burlington.ca. Routine disclosure fees may apply.
If you require a certified true copy of a bylaw and its applicable amending bylaws, please email us at city@burlington.ca or call us at 905-335-7777. Please include the relevant bylaw number in your request. Commissioning fees apply for the certification process.
