CIC ® Certification Preparation Course

This course is designed for individuals seeking added comprehension of content, greater support and additional guidance as you prepare to take the CIC ® exam, that is administered by the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (CBIC).

Course Overview

This comprehensive workshop includes guidance and support from a CIC ® -certified instructor(s) and access to the APIC Learning System for CIC. Your experienced faculty will build upon the foundation you have already established through your studies, guiding you through interactive discussions and activities as well as sample test questions. With the online reading materials and study tools found in the APIC Learning System, you will be able to identify your areas of strength and build on them, while also pinpointing areas where you need further study in preparation for the exam.

Registration Fees

If you have already purchased the APIC Learning System for CIC™, you can register for this course at a discounted rate. Please contact Tracey Messina at tmessina@apic.org to process your registration at this discounted rate.

Above registration fees include access to the online APIC Learning System for CIC™ and printed book where indicated.
Printed book fees do not include tax & shipping for the self-study option.
Access to all course materials, including the online APIC Learning System for CIC™ is provided three weeks prior to the course start date.

Registration Details

• Registration ends when capacity is reached or at deadline. (Course size is limited)
• Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received and processed by APIC 10 business days prior to the start of the course.
• Once payment is received, an email confirmation will be sent within 24 hours to the email address on file. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact education@apic.org. Please ensure email is received prior to making travel arrangements for in-person events.

Group Registrations

Have a group of 5 or more learners wanting to take the CIC ® Certification Preparation Course? Email us at education@apic.org and we can assist you with your group registration.

To register a group:

• Contact education@apic.org for group registration form.
• Complete a registration form for each individual and submit with group form for pricing to education@apic.org. Please note: All registrants must be identified at this time and no late additions will be permitted.
• Group invoice will be generated for processing of payment (credit card or check) for registration.
• Each registrant will receive an email confirmation once payment is processed and registrations are complete.

Please Note: Group registrations are not confirmed until payment is received and must be processed by APIC on or before the registration deadline.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be sent via email to education@apic.org 15 calendar days prior to the course start date. Any request received within 14 calendar days of the course start date will be charged a $75 administrative fee. Once you have activated your learning system or accessed your online education account, a registration can no longer be refunded.

Substitutions
No substitutions are allowed.
